            I loved writing this book. It was such a joy getting to know all the character’s as I wrote them, and Lucas quickly gained an easy second place in my heart as far as my leading men go. You want to slap him a little bit, but you know his heart.
            
            The part you’re referring to with the letter was actually inspired by a Google search for advice toward recently widowed people. I went through the list and created the letter from her mom.
            
            But it was my pleasure writing this book, so thank you for choosing to read it.

@oliviarose85  I was particularly touched by a part of her mother's letter in chapter 40 that encouraged her to take care of herself and find her own happiness....overall, the book is a winner.
