i'm in a reading and writing slump. i can't think of anything and i have no motivation. does anyone have some ways to get inspiration?

1. Take a walk whether that is a short one or long one. 2. Ask yourself why you started it in the first place and how it makes you feel 3. Do some breathing exercises sometimes life and it’s issues tend to impact us. 4. Have a well proof plan of all your ideas
5. Sometimes you need to take a break from writing to recharge
6. Read other books and get inspiration
