He was Chairman of Surgery at Valley View Medical Center; Chairman of OR Safety Committee at Valley View Medical Center; Chairman of OR Safety Committee at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center; Chairman of Surgery, Valley View Medical Center, Fort Mohave, AZ; and Chairman of OR Safety Committee VVMC and WARMC, Arizona. He was also an Honorary Co-Chairman for New York National Physician's Advisory Board, NY.
