Lost Soul is in its final editing stage! The fic is definitely happening early 2026! Official date is still TBD, once all drafts are organized I’ll decide then.
What I can confirm is that the fic’s update schedule will be Thursdays & Fridays with 2 chapters per day. That’s right, 4 chapters per week!!!
Anyone else have the love/hate relationship with editing where you know you have to do it but it feels like that’s all you’ve been doing lately??
Can’t wait until Lost Soul is ready to go for next year. I’m eyeing a Jan-Feb window so the wait isn’t bad!
guys, s**t is about to get REAL. I have one more session of editing for Lost Soul - once chapters are good to go, into drafts they go on here!!! We're in the endgame now, peeps! I think by Christmas break I'll have a definitive release date & update schedule! It's my first fic of 2026 (and probably my first in a while) and I'm so happy and can't wait to introduce Harper to you all!
i can't believe i'm so close to finishing another full editing of lost soul. the next one will be the last, and i'll start drafting the parts of this book here. once that's all complete i think i can finalize a release date!
with a short work week I'll have more editing time for lost soul I'm so excited!!!
thinking lost soul's update schedule may be more (meaning thursdays won't be the only update day) as this book is pretty hefty (excluding a cast list, playlist, and ending author's note it's 41 chapters - prologue included!)
guess I should hold my horses until I solidify all the parts, huh?

today I start the third round of full book editing for Lost Soul eeek. if this session goes really well I’ll have one last one ahead of me and that one I’ll start putting chapters drafts on Wattpad!!!
I’ll say I’m near 75% ready for Lost Soul to come next year. as of now I’m eyeing a Jan-March release date, somewhere in there. definitively Thursdays are update days.
