even though Kiara’s story ended years ago my freaking brain is thinking up a spinoff with her two girls…oh no. I can’t do it. I don’t wanna.

I know that I'm pretty quiet here most days, so, I'd like to give y'all some quick updates (if anyone was ever curious):
          
          Life has been busy, and changing for me. For months I didn't feel up to writing. Today is the first day in a long time where I'm willing to want to make progress. I'd still like to get Astray out in November, so that placeholder will remain. I'll know a more definitive yes or no by the fall based on progress.
          
          as for Harper's Lost Soul sequel, last night I think I figured out how to end it so that there's not much of a gap between that book and Doomsday. I'm hoping that when I see the movie in December that will help me figure out her path.
          
          Also, if you've ever felt guilty for not touching your works for months, don't be. They will always be there waiting for you to pick them up again.

@arrow_to_the_heart // putting Lost Soul on my Marvel fanfic binge list. Seeing the Doomsday trailer made me wanna read more fics. I've also been trying to write one, I have so many ideas, but it's been a while since I've written anything. There are days when I'm like "okay, I'm gonna sit down and do it", but then don't even open the document. English is not my first language, so there's always this need to do better when it comes to writing. I gotta find a way to be less hard on myself and just enjoy it.

anyone else still kicking on here, like me? I know I don't post a lot of messages, cause really, there's not a lot going on writing wise for me right now. It's taken a backseat but it's not forgotten! I think my Cal Kestis fic will still arrive in November 2026, I'm in editing stages and book prep right now.

I’m still here. More of a reader these days but occasionally an idea floats around that I want to write about. Nothing yet I want to post, but I’m praying my prolonged writers block will end soon.

here too, second! 
            seems it was a long hiatus was what i needed to get back into it. on my end, i'm wrapping a fic and plan to schedule the last chapters later on. but i agree with the writer above that the site has changed massively since i left it last time.

still here! took a long break where I didn’t write and now I’m slowly getting back to it. coming back has made me realize how much this site changed after I left.
