I was 3 months clean from doing self harm until today. I hate myself so much. I don't know why but my life is just getting so difficult. I just don't want to keep trying. I don't think my problems are even that serious because I know that other people need more help then me so I just try to act like everything is okay when everything is just really fucked up. sorry if this makes no sense, I'm mentally exhausted
