            فإذا كانت الزوجة المذكورة قد حصل بينها وبين زوجها خلوة شرعية فقد وجبت عليها العدة عند الجمهور ـ خلافا لقول الشافعي في المذهب الجديد ـ ففي الموسوعة الفقهية الكويتية: ذهب الحنفية والمالكية والحنابلة إلى أنه تجب العدة على المطلقة بالخلوة الصحيحة في النكاح الصحيح دون الفاسد، [فلا تجب في الفاسد إلا بالدخول.] أما في النكاح الصحيح فتجب بالخلوة، لقوله تعالى:  يا أيها الذين آمنوا إذا نكحتم المؤمنات ثم طلقتموهن من قبل أن تمسوهن فما لكم عليهن من عدة تعتدونها.

Your amazing book could do with a sequel!! I read it three years ago, and have still never forgotten it! Literally recommend it in my top 3 books on Wattpad. :) The twists, the turns, the action, suspense, omg... You have a real gift! Hope you're happy to write again someday, after your break. :)
