Why hello there!! I am Dr. rabbit! Okay, let's cut to the chase. The FCC is about to have a vote over the current Net neutrality laws, and it may be overturned! Which is BAD, because no free internet means no more wattpad and that means no more fanfictions!! Here is a video by a talking parrot about the very issue in
