@ashleyreneetomlinson. Welcome to the Life of DarkSecret. I totally know how that feels from experience! Let me ask you a question. Has your family ever left you? I mean people who are supposed to be your parents and they end up dumping you into the awful care of the government? Have you ever been separated from your sister, who you love so much because people won't adopt a boy and a girl? Have you ever had to move to 10 different foster homes because the foster parents didn't want you around no more? Have you ever got raped, or hear your own sister raped and you couldn't do anything because the door was locked? And then, after over 5 years of nonstop searching you finally find your "family" and think that they would want to apologize for all the Hell you went through. But instead you hear excuses and the family blaming each other for not being there for you. Not only that, they don't even want to see you. I only told a tiny portion of what I've been through. But I made it. Now I asked these questions with all respect and that of a friend. I understand fully what's happening, and I want you to know that you too can make it. You just need to persevere and set a goal. And never take your eyes off that goal until you achieve.

@ashleyreneetomlinson  eh, some people get into relationships on an impulse with no serious intentions, some do it just for immediate gratification and then get bored or whatever and zoom out, and other just change their minds and are afraid to confront someone to resolve their concerns, fears, issues and take the easy way out by just walking out and not saying a word - put your person in any of those categories - just shows you the person was immature, not ready for a relationship and needs to grow up - also shows you are the more mature person and should move on and find better - which you will!
