My reading lists are separated by the following:

"Currently reading" - books that I am currently reading, engaging, and keeping up with 

"Ongoing" - books I hope to read but haven't yet (that are still being updated)

"Completed" - books I hope to read but haven't yet (that have been marked as completed)

"Books I've read" - pretty self-explanatory (includes all books I've read, even if I didn't really like them or the author elected not to finish them) 

"Favs" - my favorite books (can include completed or ongoing stories).
