I spend my time listening to music, reading (obviously), writing, and all the other mundane things to be done by a completely mundane person. 

I have a lot of stuff I've written, that I honestly find pretty cringey, and though I would love nothing more than to take it all down. It IS my history, and weirdly enough, it wouldn't feel right.

My favourite word is defenestration (the action of throwing someone out of a window). I like the fact someone one day just got fed up with saying 'thrown out of a window' and decided to come up with a word that summarised it while sounding way too close to defecate. "They definitely defecated while being defenestrated." that's actually a fun sentence, someone should write a story based on that.
