Those 12 hours without Americans on Tiktok showed me such a different app, it's insane.
I saw more creators from other countries that I usually wouldn't, there were no ads, everybody was so calm and so nice in the comments.
. . . the second they got it back up, all I saw were American content creators, sooooooooo many ads and literally all the comments were negative & people trying to start arguments because of the SARCASTIC videos posted in their absence.
It's actually mind baffling. I am so happy all my friends have their tiktok again but ngl I'm a little annoyed at how much it pushes & promotes America while ignoring everyone else </3
@lillyrae15 Honestly it was insane. The floods of users returning and then suddenly the app was just soooo toxic worse than it was before :/ the same thing happened on the little red book when all the tiktok refugees went there. . .
