i read the seven husbands of evelyn hugo and well…
          -i’m kind of a mess now.
          -but i love it and am about to read it again.
          -that book is a freakin masterpiece.
          -evelyn and celia are… mwah (once they sort out their problems, communicate properly, and prioritize their relationship).
          -harry and john are… mwah.
          -everything kinda started going on a downward spiral once john was gone.
          -harry is delightful.
          -monique is a badass.
          -evelyn is also a badass.
          -celia obviously is too.
          -that first boy, at the five-and-dime store (i can’t even be bothered to remember his name tbh) can go fuck himself on a stick for what he did to evelyn.
          -evelyn’s father can go fuck himself on a stick.
          -ernie diaz… well he wasn’t the worst but he wasn’t the best either.
          -don adler can go fuck himself on a spearhead (he did get better after some character development tho).
          -mick riva can go fuck himself on a spearhead.
          -rex north wasn’t horrible either. i’m kinda indifferent.
          -harry must be protected at all costs.
          -max can go fuck himself on a spearhead.
          -robert is nice.
          -connor :( i feel so bad for her and evelyn too once everything happened.

          -i liked luisa.
          -i also liked grace.
          -ruby is… well… she’s not the worst character in the book but she’s far from the best.
          -evelyn gave some damn good advice.
          -and the portrayal of staying with someone even though they hurt you really let you see inside the mind of someone who is ab*sed by a loved one. i found it heartbreaking, yet the way it was written was beautiful.
          -when she mentioned the breast cancer gene and how if there was any justice in this world the mother would be taken before the daughter i felt like my heart fell out of my chest.
          -the ending, with monique’s article was PERFECTION.
          -i’m really hoping they do decide to keep going with the film.

I JUST REALIZED SOMETHING.
          so.
          you know dean and cas right?
          i have come to the conclusion
          that if cas had chosen a female vessel,
          he and dean would have been in a long term relationship by season 15.
          at least that’s what i think.
          because with cas’ vessel being male, they can play it off as subtext, right?
          but had cas’ vessel been FEMALE
          and they had changed literally nothing about cas besides the biological sex of the vessel
          there is no doubt in my mind that destiel would have been canon.
          because you can’t deny that kind of chemistry.
          you just can’t.
          and so, if cas had taken a female vessel, and nothing else had been changed,
          dean and cas would have been in a relationship.

bro i just found out that jensen ackles has adhd and reading comprehension difficulties and oh my gods the feeling of happiness that someone i somewhat idolize and respect incredibly who plays one of my favorite characters gets what i struggle with in the american public school system on a day to day basis is overwhelming right now
          also i finally ordered my binder
          and im thrilled
          but im on a waiting list
          i should’ve guessed that would happen considering a lot of people need them
          last i checked they’re currently working in orders from may of last year
          so that’s nice
          not gonna get mine for a while

personal headcanon of mine that somewhat relates to someone else’s headcanon of Percy Jackson liking Led Zeppelin: Percy liking Led Zeppelin just adds to my headcanon that he and Dean Winchester would get along really well. like, at first Dean would be like, “Excuse me, who does this kid think he is, sassing me like that?” the same way he was with Krissy at first, but then, as with Krissy, he starts to realize they’re almost exactly the same (ie, been through some shit, would do anything for the people they love, ESPECIALLY their younger sibling, badass, “bad boy”, can fight like nobody’s business, etc) And as he learned more about Percy, he grew to like him more and more. Especially once he found out he liked Led Zeppelin.
