@BrooklynWaterbury truth was at first JJ didn't feel anything for her even when they accidently went behind Kie's back. But then he came to a realization that he was in love with Kiara, yet she deserved better, that's why sarah left, and that's why he did the same. And with respect to Sarah and JJ's relationship, it's more so as a "i could love you that way i won't be alone" manner.
