Ermagersh!!!! Our recordings from last year were sent to state for judging, and  Howard is now an official TMEA state honor band!!! This is the first year we've had a high school band and a middle school band in the same district advance together, I'm so jealous! I wish I could compete at state with them this year! -Jamie

Just an update on this. Our band made 6th at state!! We're all really excited!! The high school band made honor band and it would've been really cool if the junior high and high school band both made 1st, but there was a lot of stuff that could've been fixed that wasn't. But for our first time ever making state, sixth really isn't that bad! And there's always next year!!
