Hey, everyone!
          
          I wanted to let you know what's been going on and why the updates have slowed down. I've been hit with a pretty rough case of writer's block lately. Honestly, I’d sit down in front of my computer and couldn’t even write a single sentence. With the pile of college assignments growing, burnout was pretty much inevitable.
          
          But I’m not giving up on this story, not by a long shot. I've taken a break to let my brain recharge, and I’m feeling better. I've even updated a new chapter and a new cover for y'all to enjoy!
          
          You can expect new chapters to start rolling out regularly by the first week of November 2024.

A year ago on this day... I published the first chapter of contract of indemnity.. and I cannot fathom to utter how grateful I am for all the support I've got to this day.
          
          I still cannot believe it's been one whole year since I started this story.. I cannot believe how grateful I am to each one of you all for supporting this small (one hell of a) project. I genuinely thank each one of you.
          
          Thank you for your lovely support and blessings to 'COI'. Me, Aarav and Meher are forever thankful to you all. 
          
          What can you expect this week: 
          2 new chapters 
          2 new character aesthetics
