One thing I absolutely hate about most PJO fanfics is how the authors literally cut out massive chapters from the canon material and only just replace Canon names to fit into their stories, this story doesn't do that :)
          And it's been written in such a beautifully angsty way and explores more diverse types of fatal flaws. Excitedly waiting for future updates.

          I'm going on a rant so if you wanna know whether this book is worth it yes. Go read it. Anything else can wait.
          Beginning my rant.
          1 the portrayal of Aphrodite kids
          OK Rick did Aphrodite so bad in the entire book. She is a Goddess for a reason . Also the fact that canon basically implying feminity=weak reeks of misogyny like fuck you for making young people that prefer feminity be uncomfortable with expressing themselves truly.
          I am so glad I have grown to accept my love for feminity and feminine things.
          That aside the author has done a great job at like bringing to the fact that you can be hyper feminine and still kick ass (literally). Our OC is literally the daughter of Aphrodite (and I want her hand in marriage. give me Percy too) she is so cool and I'm so gay.

          The last 2 are just my being thirsty lmao but ugh these charcters OK. Oh right before I forget the other OCs are also really cool really badass.
