I think that one of the best pieces of advice I ever read was instead of saying "Sorry", try saying "Thank you"
"Sorry for making you help me with this, I'm such a burden lol" goes to "Thank you so much for helping me out with this!" or if you are saying sorry, as in "Sorry I'm late!" you can follow it up with "Thank you for waiting for me!"
Another good piece of advice I once read was to not apologize too much. If you do, it starts to make the other person feel awkward and also like they have to say that it's okay, even if it's not.
Just some memories, though I recommend trying to not use self-deprecating language, when you use more positive language (even in an ironic tone) you start to develop an odd sort of self-confidence. It's basically how I got mine!
Anyways, thanks for reaching the bottom of this post, hope you have a good day!
Fun fact: Sponges (the animal) are found in many large bodies of water, and are found around the globe! Freshwater sponges exist, and some sponges gain their color by forming a symbiotic relationship with a type of algae.
How do I know this? I read an entire wikipedia article and multiple other articles instead of writing. (I also have a limited understanding of how sponges reproduce and eat!)
