@LLBhiii for me it didn’t do much to my teeth but I already needed to get braces anyway so I had to get rid of it even tho i was so sad about it but it was cute it hurts when you first do it but after it’s done you should be fine but then again that’s people with different pain tolerances mine is pretty high but I will let you know don’t take it out for more then 2 hours cause that shit closes up hella fast and it takes an annoyingly long and painful time to put it back in soooo tred lightly lmao
