rewatching the disastrous life of saiki k and realizing just how strong this kid is mentally. like he deals with that shit on the DAILY and hasn't gone insane.
          i mean im only on season 1 (i didnt know there WAS a second and third season) but like. as annoyed as he seems all the time hes a lot calmer than most people would be in his situation.
          
          and like i get its the DISASTROUS life of saiki k but give this kid a break TT

as much as i love seeing fanart of ships i like doing the whole "ooh u wanna kiss me so bad it makes you look stupid!!" thing, i personally would be genuinely pissed if someone did this during a serious argument. like if we're joking around that's one thing, but if i'm having a serious argument and they say that someone is getting punched and it's not gonna be the wall

idk if ive ever talked about this before but i get SUCH bad secondhand embarrassment... like to the point ill to pause whatever im watching or put whatever book im reading down and just sit for a minute and recover... like i cant handle it. im so weak to embarrassment in general (admittedly though i think this has led to me becoming a bit of a perfectionist bcs i get so embarrassed when i make a mistake that i just try to avoid it as best i can)

like i HATE being wrong (although i can still recognize and admit when i was wrong!!) and i hate making mistakes and i like to think this has led me to become more observant/careful(?)
            
            personally i dont believe that the ability to admit you were wrong + apologize and that feeling of not wanting to be wrong are mutually exclusive. i think they can exist in a balance; you can hate being wrong and still acknowledge when you are and apologize.
            
            just a thought :3
