Cuando me giré y vi al murciélago volando por el pasillo hacia el baño, hice lo propio de la mujer adulta que soy: dar un par de gritos histéricos XD ¡Y pensar que escribo una historia de vampiros!           Kids say all kinds of random things, so when my toddler said: "baby bat!" last night during bath time, I assumed he remembered his Halloween songs. When I turned around and found an actual bat flying across the corridor into the bathroom, as the big girl I am, I screamed in panic XD The heeeell I'm doing writing a vampire book?? haha

[Painting adventures part 2] 
          How on Earth did I manage to get exactly the same pale blue color, when I mixed the paint myself? And I added white, pink, blue and purple. My husband saw the result and said: "You are a genius - you don't need to keep painting. It looks the same as it was, so job is done!"  ^^' [Sigh] 
          
          Part 2 of my book is coming to shape. Among other things, we will be exploring Janik's dark past in order to understand how that easy-going boy transforms into the cold and serious vampire he is today. We will see where his sadness and regret come from... Oh, and that little secret that broke Dalia's heart on chapter 16.

[Aventuras pintando parte 2] 
          Cómo diablos conseguí el mismo tono azul palo original, si mezclé yo misma la pintura, es un misterio. Y eché blanco, azul, morado y rosa. Mi marido vio el resultado y me dijo: "Eres un genio. Ya está el trabajo hecho, porque queda igual que estaba"    ^^' *Suspiro* 
          
          La parte 2 del libro ya va tomando forma. Entre otras cosas, vamos a sumergirnos en el pasado oscuro de Janik, para entender cómo pasa de ser un humano despreocupado a convertirse en el vampiro frío y serio que es hoy.  Veremos de dónde viene su tristeza, su remordimiento... Y, ah, ese secreto que a Dalia le rompió el corazón en el capítulo 16.

Thank you for your thoughts! I really hope you enjoy Helheim, its not finished yet as i took time off to finish editing Shadows in the Void for the Wattys. But I'll be working on it again full time next week, there are still a lot of chapters to read though.

It was my first time painting a ceiling. I lifted the roller and, a stupid miscalculation on my side, I forgot about gravity. Oh, how fun it was cleaning all the paint that splashed on the floor! 
          
          Well, I'm pretty entertained these days  - Other than working on the second part of "You don't know what it's like to live with a vampire", I'm taking time to catch up with some other projects :) 
          
          As I said at the end of the last chapter, we'll be taking a leap forward in time. Specifically, 5 years during which many things will have changed. That means that Dalia is a 22 year old woman now, and no: Janik and Dalia have not met during those 5 years.
          
          What will their lives be like now? 

Era la primera vez que me ponía a pintar un techo. Levanté el rodillo y, por algún absurdo error de cálculo, olvidé la existencia de la gravedad. Qué bien me lo pasé limpiando la lluvia de pintura del suelo jajaja 
          
          Bueno, que estoy entretenida estos días  - además de seguir planeando la segunda parte de "Tú no sabes lo que es vivir con un vampiro", estoy con algunos proyectos que llevaban meses pendientes :) 
          
          Como ya avisé al final del último capítulo, la segunda parte dará un salto hacia adelante en el tiempo. En concreto, 5 años en los que muchas cosas habrán cambiado. Es decir, que Dalia pasa de tener 17 años, a 22. Y no: en esos 5 años, Janik y ella no se han vuelto a ver. 
          ¿Cómo serán ahora sus vidas?

          Chapter 16 - the last of part 1 of the book -  is out! And here I am, wondering, will you or will you not hate me...? WAHAHA. Talk to you soon!
