August's the name, and being a gender non-binary badass is my game! Well, that sounded cheesy... maybe that's a better name for me. No, you know what, just call me August, or Gus. Either works for me! The first thing you should know about me is that my pronouns are xe, xyr, and xem - pronounced "ze," "zyr," and "zem." "Xe" replaces "he/she", "xyr" replaces "his/her," and xem replaces "her/him." It's pretty simple once you get the hang of it, and if you do mislabel me, just correct yourself and apologize! It's not a big deal for me, but it is nice to get into the practice of calling me by the right pronouns. 

I'm a total movie nerd, as you can probably tell from my profile. Yes, I love both DC and Marvel! Yes, it is possible to love both! Among other things, I'm also a big fan of: DCTV, indie and alternative music, chocolate chip pancakes, ketchup chips (these exist in Canada), pumpkin-scented anything, and candles. Right now I have the "Warm Apple Pie" scent lit in my room and it smells amazing. 

Though I write a lot, I don't publish a lot of what I write on here, so if you see a new story on my profile, don't get too excited because even if I say otherwise, it will probably be updated sparingly. I just began my first year of university, and I'll probably become crammed with homework pretty soon.
