@aurianamiller Even though I am male, I never wanted to infantilize female characters. You must have realized by now that, even when others actually treated female characters with respect, they seem to shy away from going into any kind of thematic depth!
@YvanUng Yes I love it! In so much fiction catered towards women we are infantilized and viewed as an accessory to the man lead. Like I get that that's a fantasy for a lot of women, but I don't think that's really and excuse; it's social conditioning that we have to undo, starting with the media we choose to consume. Plus your writing is just generally compelling <3
@aurianamiller And the sheer volume of work I did across a variety of genres! The core components I tend to have in leads are brains and them being relatively confident and independent, and of course... themes!
