Just wanted to swing by and give a heartfelt thank-you for all the edit notes you left on Heartfire and Laura's story. I took note of each one of them for offline revision.
          your timing was perfect. I truly appreciated it.

@CrystalScherer You're welcome!
            I really enjoy your books, so it's nice to be able to give back a little.

            Besides, your typos, etc. are rare enough that it can be fun catching them.

" You took my bullet " Ava mumbles with wide eyes and lips full of pallor.

          " I don't like to owe anything. Just evened the score " Roccon softly says with a chuckle as their sights lock for a second.

@Cdenkin Also from Oxford languages:
            save²
            /seɪv/
            formal•literary
            preposition
            preposition: save
            other than; except for.
            "no one needed to know save herself"
            ...
            "little is known of his early life, save that he went to school in Brighton"

            You apparently did not scroll down far enough in the dictionary entry.

            Also, when disputing a person's comment/correction, it is best to do it in a reply to the comment.
            1. It gives the person context to your remark.
            2. It lets the author know that the person's correction may not be valid.
