@authorbelladonna thank you for your reply❤️  I guess I just didn’t understand why she was being so merciful to Johnny. I thought she’d be more upset. Yeah, he begged her for Tennyson not to kill her but it’s not like the reasoning for Tennyson doing so is so out of pocket. She didn’t do anything to him but threatened his ego and because he couldn’t take it, he attempted to kill her😭 Like? Nah you need to be handled ruthlessly for that lolll. But I guess it just highlights her as a character. She might want Johnny to pay but not in such extremes as death. 
            
            In regard to the audio if I’m understanding correctly you’re saying it’s more about how she herself interprets the information and what she’s making of it now? Not necessarily the information?

            I think you're right about one thing: Sebastian isn't necessarily giving Milan information that Tennyson never told her. 
            
            The difference is more in HOW she receives it, WHO is saying it, and WHAT she makes of it now. 
            
            And for Sebastian vs. Tennyson...hm. I don't think it's quite as simple as “Sebastian protected her, therefore he was right.” 
            
            Their intentions, methods, and relationships with Milan are all different. Sebastian was also making a decision on her behalf, just in a way Milan happened to agree with.
            
            But there is one very obvious difference between what the two men wanted to do with Johnny. 
            
            Sebastian didn't want to kill him. He wanted to send him off to another country so Milan wouldn't have to deal with him anymore. 
            
            Tennyson, on the other hand, quite literally wanted to wipe him off the face of the earth. 🫠
            
            And considering Johnny was literally begging Milan not to let Tennyson kill him, i can understand why Milan was grateful that Sebastian chose to get rid of him while keeping him alive instead of sending him to his grave.
            
            So yes, i do think the fact that Tennyson was choosing death as his solution matters quite a lot here. 🙂

            About Johnny I figured!! But when Milan pointed out that no one took the time to get to know him,   it felt like she felt bad for him. I was like girl so what?? that’s his own feelings to figure out and he took those feelings out on you to kill you. But then I thought mmmm maybe I missed something and maybe I was being too harsh bc in the same breath we also see him do the right thing and confess. But nahh! The jury finds the defendant GUILTY! off with his head 👩🏽‍⚖️ Imma messy bitch so I still hope that dude takes him out ….👀

            I especially love that you noticed the whole sacrifice thing because that has been such a big part of his character from the beginning.
            
            And yes, him actually listening to Milan and stepping down from killing Johnny was significant. 
            
            I think it says a lot about where his priorities are, despite...well, Tennyson being Tennyson 😅

            1. Sebastian just doesn't want Milan to handle her own killer. He considers Johnny to be beneath her, so having her deal with him would be like soiling her hands with blood over someone he doesn't even consider worthy of her.
            
            2. That will be a spoiler, love. Read to find out more 😆
            
            3. Johnny tried to assassinate Milan simply because he couldn't bear the thought of a young woman replacing him in a position he'd held for years. And the fact that she has saved his ass every single time? that's a blow to his gut. His pride simply couldn't take it.
            
            And the tape isn't a mistake 😆 it started at 20:19 and ended at 20:51, which is 32 minutes.
            
            As for Sebastian dying...🤣

            He is still an anti-hero, but he acts as an ally or adviser to her, bound by an obsession with her & her well-being.
