Pls pls do not discontinue this book. I really love reading your books and just keep checking for your update every evening. I have read all your books and still re read them because for me reading a good book is like an escape. We just forget about our day for sometime and feel the characters. Ik there must be some people who are not liking your book and it makes you dishearten but I promise you there are more people who love your books and writing style. I would really request you to continue this book. We were just getting to know Sadaf and Sikander more

I read the comments a lot of you have dropped in my latest book, Surkh. A lot of them are very pleasant to read, and a lot..not so much. But I hear all of you, and I appreciate all of you for caring enough to tell me your feedback, even if it is a critisism.
One thing that I will like to point out is, almost everyone who are not liking Surkh thinks that it is because of AI. Again, I am not shying away from accepting that use AI, but it is not how you guys think I do.
You guys feel disconnected, the characters feel very robotic to you, I hear it all. But it is my writing's fault. Maybe its been a long time since I have written a story, maybe I don't have it in me to cater the needs of my Wattpad audience anymore, maybe I tried too hard by pushing myself to change my writing style, maybe I have been consuming a lot of books lately where the characters feel a little robotic and forgot that not everyone likes it. There are a lot of reasons why this book couldn't have hit the right spot for you guys.
All I know is I was giving this book 2-3 hours each day, trying to sneak out during my lunch break at work, making aesthetics in between meetings, and pushing myself after work to deliver chapters. But sometimes, it doesn't work and I am fine it. All I am saying is, don't blame this failure on something I wasn't doing. If I had to use AI, I would not be putting hours each day on this.
Anyway, after a lot of contemplation, I have decided to discontinue the book. I will take it down in the next couple of days, when I am ready.
And maybe someday we will meet another here with another story. Or maybe I will never be able to get back in my original groove where I was winning your hearts with every story.
But in either case, you will have my exisiting stories. Thank you for giving me so much kindness.

@authorhera Nooo. Why are you doing this ? I'm sorry if you felt that much demotivated bcz of my comment but that was not my intention. Seriously. I love your books and I trust your writing style , that's why I refresh my notification every morning. I just shared my pov so that you can make it easy for us to read. There are no issues if you are trying different writing style. You are not answerable to us. Its your book, you can write as you want. So please, do not discontinue the book . I'm genuinely sorry for the AI comment, but I said what I felt and my intention was not demean you or your hard work. Its just I loved your old writing style , that's why I said it.

@authorhera hera no wtf writing is different from all ur other works but in a good way and this story is also different from all your other stories and its so freakin good abhi toh main leads have not even interacted with each other bhai i have applied different paintra to make wattpad work on my wifi dont take it down and continue this ppl complaining probably read desi books with bad grammar and like raja rathore singh bla bla bla bechari fmc who is always crying bla bla dont u dare take this book down and update another chapter idk when my wifi will give up on me again

So, umm, I posted my next story.
Only the synopsis and the author's note is out for now.
I will give you the character aesthetics today as well. And we start posting the chapters from tomorrow.
