Intertwined Fate needs a lot of editing—there are so many grammatical and spelling mistakes. I’m going to unpublish it and republish it one chapter at a time. I could not do it last time. Also I might change a few things.

@mishbir_pyaar but deleting and then again publishing doesn't loose the comments, view and votes??

He smirked — pure arrogance flashing across his face — and terror crawled through me because I was watching my biggest fear become real. Still, I asked him anyway.

“And what about last night? What we shared?” I whispered, tears blurring my vision.

He stepped closer, that cruel smile still resting on his lips. His fingers brushed my cheek before gripping my chin tightly.

“It was all part of my game.”

          My heartbeat stuttered.

“It didn’t feel fake…” My voice trembled as the first tear rolled down my cheek.

He bent down to my height, eyes locking onto mine. “You’re so deeply in love with me that you can’t see beyond it,” he whispered.

          My legs nearly gave out.

The next second, he yanked me closer, his fist tightening in my hair as he buried his face near my neck, inhaling slowly. I stood there numb, soulless… yet my fingers still clutched his shirt because my heart refused to believe him.

“You were so arrogant,” he murmured against my ear, lips brushing my skin. “Saying you’d never become the girl who warms my bed.”

My eyes snapped open, burning red with betrayal.

“Guess what?” He forced me to look at him, triumph gleaming in his brown eyes. “Abir Rajvansh proved you wrong.”

And in that moment, I realized the eyes I once called home belonged to the man destroying me.

He smiled like he had won.

While inside me, every last piece of my soul died screaming.
