Hello, my name is Treona Hemphill, a.k.a Cherry Kohner, and I've been wanted to be an author as a career for as long as I can remember. I am black American, multiracial, neurodivergent + autistic reader and writer, who loves to write and read books and novels. Which as is on a piece of paper, and on the computer with documents.
I've been experienced copy editor and developmental editor and have edited 100 books and short stories. I specialize in all genres. Most of them that I would like to read in any genre books.
Anyways. I've been wanted to be an author for years when I was ten years old. It's like writing a journal, and I've been doing this for about sixteen years ago, I discovered writing "fan" fiction on a piece of paper instead of using a computer, then I surf and wattpad and I literally see some of my favorite cartoons and anime that I literally wanna write that inspires me, which reminds me. Anyways, I've been inspired by the people who wrote fanfictions ocassionaly, i just enjoyed it. I'm also inspired by the Japanese cultures. Chinese cultures. Korean culture, ir even black cultures. Definely French or Spanish culture.
After years of practice, I can answer with the smoothness of a regular basics and make sure that my sentences and grammar won't be a mistake.
“I’m a freelance writer,” I tell the person whose hand I just shook. “I write about soap operas and films mostly. I’ve written for wattpad and publish fanfictions on there. I also have several corporate clients for which I provide newsletters and articles.”
