How many good people will die in the name of an unspecified and potentially Satanic ritual?  Idk, this is fiction.  And in order to keep the events unrepeatable, I'm going to make all the rituals and mythology fictional as well.

Also, this is apparently a small story before a much larger story.  World building exercises, hurrah hurrah.

Considering title change for "Dead Girls Don't Take Bribes".  Don't expect much in lieu of quality, pushing out the first draft in final form and editing later.  Let me know what works for you and what doesn't.
