going through a tough disconnect with my characters and halfway through writing, i realized that my style of writing doesn't fit with fictional characters (those that aren't mines) and it threw me off the tracks, so now i have to rethink everything and go through my prompts again before i can get back on the right path. expect a new book within the next few weeks.
