my friend always excuses his problems with "there's people out there who have it worse." but if i say the same, he wont accept that
why? cause im the one who has it worse than him. but theres also somebody who has it worse than me. that someone who has it worse than them. and another someone who has it worse than them, etc
so what im tryna get at is that almost everybody has another person who has it worse than them, but that doesnt take away from the fact those people have it bad too. so dont take away from your own problems because somebody "has it worse"

@autumn-was-not-here i used to say the exact same excuse-until one of my friends said that to me and i immediately shut the idea of it down. And then i realized I’d been using the same thought process to tell myself i was fine :/. It never ends if you say someone else ‘has it worse’, and it’s okay to admit your problems are real
