Autumn

I told my best friend that one of my protagonists is Catholic(I wanted a character to project onto) and she made like sort of a disgusted face and said 'But that's so basic.' And ik it's not a big deal but it kinda made me feel like crap and ig it brought on this bad mood 

I just wrote 3 extra chapters for my book, and they sound really good 

It just occured to me that so many Christians explain Christianity like an abusive relationship. Like-
          
          Jesus(according to these Christians): I love you, and I will always love you.
          Also Jesus: But if you don't love me back, I'm going to have you suffer and be tortured for the rest of eternity.
          
          
          LIKE THAT IS SUCH A HORRIBLE WAY TO SEE AND EXPLAIN RELIGION BUT THAT'S WHAT SOME OF THEM DO. 
          
          I'm Catholic, and I believe that as long as you're a good person, you'll go to Heaven. It doesn't matter what religion you follow. But why would some of yall describe Christianity like the above example????

Ugh I think I wanna try a new name cuz sometimes Autumn sounds weird but I'm also really attached to my name and it's just annoying cuz idk what I want

I spent my lunch crying over a test that I probably bombed because I completely forgot some of the material, despite studying it all focus

There may be a slight possibility that I have cancer, specifically lymphoma u3u

Sooooooo guess who's gonna completely redesign one of my main characters entire backstory and conflict?????
          
          Me cuz I didn't like how my only black protagonist's struggle was that he was a runaway slave. 
          
          So now he will be a runaway soldier after he realizes how corrupt the government is and what exactly he's supposed to be fighting for. Of course, I'm still gonna keep in how the love of his life, a witch, was arrested for witchcraft. That'll be what finally pushes him to desert the army and join the rebellion.
          
          And BAM! He's still a runaway wanted by the kingdom, his goal is still to find his love, and he's still a badass. But this time we don't have the stupid cliche of making the only black protagonist struggle with racism and/or be a slave ^-^

Lmao my dad just said he wasn't gonna watch football anymore because now it was 'all about human rights and that'.
          
          He acts like racism hasn't been a huge part of the sports industry for YEARS. He's so upset that people, like, CARE ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE.
          
          I just think that's hilarious. 

Turns out he was mad cuz I don't stand for the pledge before school. And he decided to punish me because i see a pledge as *just a pledge*. So yeah.

So my dad is mad at me. Idk why. He won't tell me. He just told me we're gonna have a very interesting talk on the way home. 
          
          This is all because this dude in my class told him about something I did. Idk what it was. But I have a few guesses. 
          
          The dude might have told my dad how I dont stand for the pledge anymore, or how I post BLM stuff on my tiktok and Insta. Maybe he found out about me calling out seniors on tiktok. Possibly the one about our FFA Vice President. 
          
          Or he could have outed me as nonbinary.
          
          Irdk what I did, I just know that my friends and I probably won't get to go over to my friend's house. We were gonna dye my hair. But not anymore ig 
          
          If I disappear from my social media for a while, it's probably because my dad took away my phone or he destroys my mental health
