hey guys! i hope you're all doing well.
          
          i just wanted to write this as a little update for "heaven", my mick mars fan fiction.
          
          i often receive messages and comments asking me when the next chapter is going to be, reminding me that it's been a while since i last updated. i appreciate this and wholeheartedly wish i could update the book regularly - unfortunately for me, this isn't possible.
          
          as i'm sure many of you are aware, wattpad doesn't pay the bills. i am working to save up to go to university, i also need to work to live and i also have hobbies irl that i like to focus on.
          
          i appreciate all of your endless support with the book, your comments make my day and i'm happy that you seem to enjoy the book. however, i don't physically have the time to update it as regularly as some people wish.
          
          i do have the intention of completing this book, i'd hate for it to have no end especially at the current stage of the plot. i just can't ever guarantee when the next chapter will be out.

anyone else feel like they were born in the complete wrong era

[MAZE RUNNER FANS]: hii, i know the maze runner fandom is semi-ish dying out, but i've started writing a fan fiction based on it!! it's a newt x oc, but i've tried to take a different approach on it than is usually seen on wattpad. not that there's anything wrong with those fics, i absolutely love them!! if you have time to check it out, that would be great :) have a good day!!

in today's society, people tend to follow the rigid set of beauty standards (aka "rules"), as if there is a certain criteria you have to meet to be beautiful. i'm here to tell you, yes you, reading this, that i and many others are strong believers that beauty is subjective. that means that there are no standards. no one is ugly. they are either attractive to you, or they are not. whilst one person may find someone unattractive, another may find them very attractive.
          
          please do not compare yourself to anyone else. your opinion and who you are is unique, and you will lose yourself trying to be 'beautiful'. you are already beautiful. and even if you work hard to become as 'pretty' as them, there will always be someone who is seen as 'prettier'. you cannot win in this society. because it isn't and shouldn't be a competition. so don't fight it, just love you for who you are.
          
          i mean, damn, imagine this world without you? it hurts my heart that so many people out there don't realise the impact that they have on the world. they think if they never existed, the world would be no different. let me tell you, the world would not be the place it is without you. i know some people don't hear me when i say that, but you impact someone, who then takes that impact and impacts someone else. you cause a beautiful butterfly effect by being in this world.
          
          so if no one has told you this today, i believe in you. so damn much. that confidence, that belief that you are worthy, it's within you. dig deep and find it. because you are on FIRE. you are glowing. if you don't feel you are, you CAN glow. if you believe it.
