I had a question about Inumaki's "Tell Me" story. Did they really ever meet again after the epilogue, not counting the alternate ending? Or are the alternate ending and the epilogue connected? (This is the question that's been killing me since I read the story a week ago.)

no, babe. it was, in reality a tragic ending in which they had separated forever. the alternate ending was like a “could have been” version. like it could’ve happened, but it didn’t : )
