Hi, just so you know you can do whatever you want, start a new hobby ? Of course, talk to a new person ? For sure, go outside, buy these things, read that book, take a walk, look at the birds, at the house's buildings, look at the sky, none of them are static, everything can change and so can you. Maybe listening to your playlist doesn't feel like it used to, maybe coffee tastes a bit different now and nothing seem quite right at the moment but it will get better eventually, maybe in a week, maybe in two or even a month, you may not need to hear this now, but if you do just know that whatever you're struggling with, you will eventually overcome it, you are not static, you are not powerless, you can and you will improve !
