Hello, I have to say in the 13 years I’ve been on Wattpad I don’t think I’ve ever posted a message on someone’s page. I am unfortunately what you call a silent reader despite but best efforts to stop being one but after reading your story and falling absolutely in love with it I thought it would be best I say something for once. Your story is beautiful and you had me hooked on every word you wrote. I literally couldn’t wait to finish work so I could read more and spent the last 2 days thinking about it constantly. I stayed up all night reading. And I don’t think I’ve ever felt as much dread as I did when I realised there was no more to read. I hope you continue writing this story as I genuinely think this is the best story I have ever read on Wattpad. I’ll be thinking about it for weeks.

I too was a silent reader, for years, until this story as well! I just had to comment on this thread because I agree, your story is addictive and the most well written story I’ve read on here! I really hope you continue it and I admire your dedication to the story over the years, it’s truly impressive.

@clarabellea I'm so glad you like it! Yes, there is an individual that was in the process of translating it, but I wasn't finished with the story yet so it's a bit hard to stay updated. I'm a bit limited in the Twilight characters I write for, only Alec and previously, Jasper, so unfortunately it's unlikely. But will let you know if that changes!

Heartbeat Update:
Heading off any excitement because I'm about to blow up y'all's feeds - I have finally edited the chapters and am about to repost them (which loses your original comments, unfortunately, which is my favourite part but I think it's best this way). Pretty significant, and kinda fun. You'll need to re-read chapters for these changes before then:
Water - second half changed
Gambit - unhidden but not edited
Acedia - revamped
Jury - revamped
However, you have time to do so as part 2 is still in production. And likely will be for a while. I've felt my writing slipping through my fingers, so I need to find it again before I really truly am able to publish anything worth Saffiya and Alec's story.
For now, enjoy and do share your thoughts. I still value every comment and note as much as the first. Thank you to everyone -- remained, returned, and new.

Heartbeat Half Update:
The last three chapters have been temporarily hidden, and the end of Water edited to fit that transition. There is going to be a minor/huge (depending how you look at it) plot change that will impact book 2. Don't worry, it's not too stressful just big so I can't do it all in one swoop.
Miss you all. I think about you guys whenever I think about this story. Life is always crazy, but I am hoping to find some light again via this book soon.
You have all been so patient, and your interest in the story through random comments is enlightening and encouraging. So, thank you. As always.
