          i might not be able to post the 7th chapter of neighbor blunder this weekend because next week is my finals for the summer term. i'll be doing a lot of studying til the end of next week, so i might not even be online at all. 
          
          the second outline is done and the next step is to just write it, which is somehow the easy part out of my three-step process of writing a chapter lol. 
          
          sorry to disappoint if you were looking forward to it this weekend ): i really tried hard to max out my sched but couldnt get to writing ):
