Eidukum Mubārak, Taqabbalallahu minnā wa minkum sālihul a'māl! ✨

Tonight marks the first night of Shawwal. A month ago the awaited holy month came, Ramadhan. Eid brings joy in our hearts but along with it is a quiet sadness as we bid farewell to Ramadhan.

The moments of self-reflection, the nights filled with prayers, every restraint we did, the suppression to the desire to do things we aren't allowed to. They all feel like memories we wish we could hold onto a little longer.

Ramadhan is not just a month. It is the month that teaches us patience and forbearances, softening our hearts—bringing us closer to Allah. We part from Ramadhan not knowing if we really did our best—both gratitude and regrets within us. Yet there is hope that every whispered prayers were heard that every tear we shed in sujood was counted and that every small act of goodness carries weight beyond what we all can see.

Again, Eid Mubārak to all! May Allah accept from us and grant us to witness Ramadhan once again!

The Vergara family's stories are heavy, except maybe the second installment for the trilogy which was the first son's story cuz I also want it to be a breather for everyone before we delved into the last one which is the heaviest. Kaya it may not be for everyone, and I also don't recommend them to readers who think it will be too much for them. Especially MTP (the Vergara siblings' parents' story) dahil it tackles second chances in marriage and cheating that some readers may not want to read about.

Even so, hindi yun ang gusto kong makita ng mga readers ko. I want them to learn the lesson behind them. CHEATING should never be tolerated, kahit ano pa ang rason na meron ang isang tao.

Second chances should be given to someone who truly deserves them. It should be given to someone who owned their mistake, learns from it, and makes efforts to be forgiven.
