Assalamualaikum
Have you ever wanted to learn more about Islam but didn’t know where to start? Maybe you see others with knowledge and wish you could understand your religion better too. But sometimes, you feel shy to ask questions. You might even feel ashamed, thinking people will judge you.
First, you need to know about your Lord—Allah. He is the One who created you and placed you on this beautiful earth. The more you learn about Him, the clearer everything will become. Understanding Islam will feel easier when you start with knowing Allah. And the good news is, learning about your religion is not difficult. With a little effort, you can gain knowledge step by step.
Some people make others feel ashamed for not knowing much about Islam. Because of this, many are afraid to ask questions or even begin learning. Others think Islam is too difficult, so they never even try to learn the basics. But this is not right. We are all here to learn and grow. No one is born knowing everything. It’s okay to start from the beginning, no matter how little you know.
So don’t be afraid. Take the first step. Learning about Islam is a journey, and every journey starts with one step.
We all make mistakes, and that’s how we learn. If you see someone making a mistake, help them with kindness, not judgment. The first and most important step in learning Islam is to know your Creator—Allah.
I don’t know you personally. I don’t know how much you practice Islam or how much knowledge you have. But that doesn’t matter. No matter where you are in your journey, it’s never too late to learn about your religion. Gaining knowledge about Islam will only benefit you in this life and the next.
