Hi guys! Need help in remembering the book I read before, I think it's Harlequin novel.....The story is heroine left his French millionnaire husband and son after giving birth because she has cancer. She battled her cancer alone believing that her husband does not love her and only marry her because she's pregnant. She returned after surviving the cancer but her husband believed that she abandoned them....thanks in advance for those who can remember this story......
