His educational path was a reflection of his diverse upbringing. Drawn to his spiritual roots and global perspectives, he pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Religion at Colgate University. This choice of major was a testament to his quest for a deeper understanding of the world's sociopolitical landscapes and religious philosophies. His time at Colgate was marked by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, leading him to further his academic journey in theology and leadership.

He pursued higher education at Yale University, obtaining a Master of Divinity (MDiv). This phase of his education allowed him to delve deeper into theological studies, enriching his understanding of religious doctrines and practices. His academic aspirations continued; he went on to earn a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) in Transformational Leadership from Boston University. He became a guiding force as the Pastor of several Hispanic non-denominational congregations across Massachusetts, New York, and South Carolina.
