@Usernameidkbcuzidk oh okay yes I’d be happy to help! I can’t help much on stuff Percy Jackson wise but just writing in general my biggest thing would be know your characters! What are their motives, their goals, why do they do the things they do? How do they react to certain situations? Also don’t be afraid to draw inspiration from other things I do this mainly through music, and other shows. Epic is a good place to draw from if you are writing about Epic I love to include lines and incorporate themes from Epic into my story! Als just write what you want to!
