Everyone has the capacity for evil. It's what you choose to do with it. But yes, to answer your question, I have met monsters in this world. My father would have been a fine example of one such person. * he had lived a very long time. of course he had an insight on the nature of evil, regardless of what they may have been. he had seen it firsthand, in some many different times and eras, with so many different people. he himself was not perfect, though he tried. sometimes it wasn't enough * He hated my brother more than anything, all because my mother chose to have an affair. You should not blame a child for the parent's mistakes, and yet he did.

No, in a way, humans are worse. * he paused for a moment, lacing his fingers behind his back, a thoughtful look on his face * You said it yourself. The supernatural have lost that ability to be human, or maybe they never were. They do not have the ability to feel empathy or sympathy for something.  No different than a lion hunting down its prey. But the humans that prey on other humans? The ones who enjoy it just as much, if not more. When you mean people like that, then you will understand what a true monster is.
