oh hi i just realized that denim jacket hit 200 reads and i'm extremely happy so thank you guys so much for enjoying the pain and suffering of my love life from last year :)

hey guys, i know i haven't updated in a long while. a lot has changed since i last updated, and i can honestly say i'm doing so much better. i'm happier every day and i finally found people who will always be there for me. also, denim jacket and i have been together for a couple months now... i missed you guys, but i don't have anything ready yet to publish, so i just thought i should check in (even though most of you probably won't read this haha).

amazing news: i got into the new york times summer academy 2018 for cultural and creative writing! i'm so excited and i can't wait! this will help me to grow as a writer and, hey, i might make some new friends! sorry i've been offline for a while - i've been dealing with a lot of stress right now, so i haven't been able to write. i have found time to read a bit, however. holding up the universe by jennifer niven is an amazing novel, you guys should read it.
