/ so basically if baby's parents didn't die/if the roles were reversed, baby would still be miles. miles' mom would be a famous singer by now. she would have left his piece of shit father of course. if debora's parents had died in a car crash, she probably would've been separated from her sister in foster care which could be a lot harder because miles never had any siblings but debbie does so the loneliness would probably get to her a lot worse. she'd eventually go down the same route as miles and then they'd meet and the story goes on with slight changes
