          Backstory: Born November 1, 1181, to Dryad Amritavalli and Alpha Shifter Vikram Dara, Kalyani was bound to the Sacred Banyan Tree at 18, gaining immortality. She married Stefan Salvatore in 1864, anchoring his humanity through his Ripper years. Though Stefan was fascinated by Elena (Katherine’s lookalike), he remained loyal, as she did—having long resisted suitors like Klaus. By 2009, she lived in Mystic Falls as a cheerleader and protector. Permanent death requires a heart strike with a spear from the Sacred Banyan Tree dipped in Bennett witch’s blood.

Your stories are genuinely immaculate—your writing, pacing, and emotional depth always pull me in, and I honestly reread some chapters like comfort food.
          
          In this version, the OC and Stefan are already married when they arrive in Mystic Falls, with a strong, loyal bond and absolutely no cheating arcs—because Stefan deserves peace, devotion, and someone who chooses him every time.
