If you are stressed, take a moment. Inhale through your nose for four seconds, hold it for four seconds, exhale through your mouth for four seconds and hold for four seconds. Do that until you start to feel better.
We need oxygen for our body to function correctly and if you aren’t taking deep enough breaths, you aren’t getting enough oxygen to the brain which leads to not being able to think clearly.
Especially do it before bed to calm your mind and make it easier to sleep. You will feel better.
