This man was owed money by this girls mother and stole her to pay her mother's debts. The mother was abusive and a mafia leader and had the girl to continue the empire but the girl was too soft. The mom was the reason the dad went to jail. The dad loved the daughter and once he got out of jail found the daughter. The girl loved skirts and had a cat. When the man kidnapped her she offered to work off her mother's debts. She ended up babysitting his sister's kid and befriending the sister. She also took a bullet for the kid. She was really innocent and called him daddy for the first time over ice cream I think. If anyone knows the name and author PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!
