Find a hobby that you love to do and do it. Find something to take your mind off your pain because no one deserves to suffer from mental or physical pain and I know there are a lot of ppl out there like me that are in both. I know depression is a bitch but you have to get up and get a move on. Go outside and look at the sky, see them clouds or stars or whatever is up there, they are shining down positivities rn and they want you too be happy and pain free. They want you to enjoy life and have some fun. You maybe think your in the worst place right now but your not you have strength and you are brave to overcome this. Your beautiful person that deserve the world and you deserve to be and feel loved. You deserve to be happy in life, so get up and get a move on. Go for a walk, run, or just go sit outside in a quiet place and reflect on the positive things around you.. I hope you have a great day/night and remember reach for the stars because the sky has no limit.. always remember that I’m here and I love you so much.! ❤️❤️
