oof it's so weird to me when people cast 22-25 year olds in, for example, a sebastian stan or chris evans (etc.) fic bc like that's nearly a ten year age gap? like sure, they're both adults but even so.
          
          ofc, sure it's a fanfiction but i just dk how i feel about shipping them bc it feels a bit gross that when the love interest was 25 the oc would've been fifteen/sixteen, possibly younger? unless that's brought up in your story as an issue then sure, i guess, but idk? it's not that hard to find celebrities around the same age as the love interest the fic is for with a decent amount instagram content. idk, just something i was thinking about.

it's not everyday that a simple scene from a movie could make me tense up so much even after seeing it so many times. of course, i'm talking about the car scene in spider-man: homecoming with liz & adrian.
          
          it's such a well written and directed scene & you genuinely worry for peter as liz digs his grave deeper as she unintentionally helps her dad figure out peter's spider-man. i just love it so much and the tension the scene creates is honestly brilliant.

also apparently my friend has a crush on me (someone in our friend group told me & whether it's true or not idk) and i don't like him back (i've legit never had a proper crush?? i feel like i just don't get emotionally attached to (real) people enough to develop feelings for them - it's weird) but honestly i probs wouldn't know i was crushing on someone till it hits me in the face but all ik is i don't like him that way oof.

i love that we have actual teenagers playing teenagers on broadway now - dear evan hansen finally has a teenage cast and i'm living for it.

there are so many different storylines in each movie it's intimidating to try and figure out how an oc would fit into it all lmao
