Idea you can take if Norman has his own Rider!
          
          Kamen Rider Ormann (anagram of Norman)
          
          his own belt(driver)​ name is "Holodriver" a driver which Norman secretly created as his own ultimate combat solution, it has blue-ish black which shines in the dark, a 4 circular mini LED lights which glows rainbow colors upon confirming the transformation sequence(Henshin), a signature Hololive's logo in the middle.
          
          Collectible Device/transformation device: it comes in variety of the said Holo-members figures (such as a mini Gawr Gura Figure as a transformation collectible)​ while there are 3 special type of collectibles such as the fusion form(as it said, fusing the two collectibles to make a new combination), superform, this one is basically a berserker form which has something to do with certain upgrade device(basically a forbidden device where offers great strenghts comes with full responsibility of maintaining the controls)​ and the last one is Final form, which I name this collectible device "Holo-Unite" a anciently powerful collectible devices which has all power of holomembers(even the disbanded branches and terminated ones)​ granting Norman a hyperversal to outerversal strenght due to Council's power being combined together)
          
          Upgrader: there are 1 upgrader of Holodriver, the "Dark-holo" basically can utilised the dark ego of holomembers power to uses, though it can be dangeeous if not maintaining the control of it, it can be installed on top of the driver.
          
          Forms: Normal: Holomembers(no combination)
          Combination(fusion)​: Holomembers 2+2 to 3+3 (basically like Gura+Mori= Gori, A-Chan+Robocco+Laplus=A-Robplus)
          Super form(berserker form)​: Holomembers(can be no combination or with combination)​+Dark-holo(such as Gura+Mori+Dark-Holo=Dark Gori)
          Final Form: All of Holomembers even with terminated and disbanded ones
          
          Form names(Super/Final)​:
          Dark (holomember/members)
          Final Form: Holo-Kami (Holo-God)
          
          Tier: 7-c(ordinary)​/4-a(Combination)/2-a(Super)/High hyper-outer(1-b-1-A)

@ MotorsMobileTiveMan  Dude, that was some incredible shit and incredibly detailed! But it's not something I can put in the story because it's too different from the proposal (and in reality, the arcs and lore are pretty much done until the end). And I don't know much about Kamen Rider either, I only watched Dragon and I don't remember much of the story XD. But how can you not write something using that? With that level of detail, it would be fucking incredible.
